VAT: When is it payable?

The price of products shown is inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) where VAT applies to the product.

If you live in a country outside the UK, you will not be required to pay VAT when you make your purchase. As soon as you open an account or tell us your delivery address, the system will automatically reduce the price of your goods by the existing VAT rate in the UK.

Please note that if you live outside the UK you may be charged local duty when you receive your goods. If so, this is in place of VAT you did not have to pay. It is your responsibility to check whether any local duty will be payable.

Should you refuse to accept the delivery because of this we will refund your payment when the goods are received back by us. However, we will reduce your refund by the cost of delivery and any additional cost that may be incurred in their return.
