Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, immune system and to normal homocysteine metabolism. It also aids in normal red blood cell formation and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Thorne's active form of Vitamin B12 is more readily used by the body.
Take 1 capsule one to three times a day or as recommended by a health-care practitioner.

Vitamin C can cause diarrhoea in some individuals in large doses, which can vary from person to person. This resolves when the dosage is reduced.
