Adults: Take 2-3 teaspoons (10-15ml) daily.

Children: 3-12: Take 1 teaspoon (5-10ml) daily.

For winter use:

Adults: Take 2-3 teaspoons (10-15ml) four times daily.

Children under 12: Take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10ml) twice daily.
