Each capsule contains 15 billion live organisms of highly viable, pure strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM strain) and Bifidobacterium lactis in a vegetarian form. The NCFM strain is one of the most extensively tested and effective acidophilus strains available, and Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07 is among the most abundant and important types of bacteria found in humans. Vitamin D is also included as this helps to maintain the normal functioning of the immune system.
