Each capsule typically contains:

- Magnesium (citrate) 15.95mg
- Psyllium Husks 361.25mg
- Activated Charcoal 123.25mg
- Lactobacillus acidophilus 21.25mg Berberine HCl 21.25mg
- Chlorophyll 10.6mg
- Apple Pectin 10.6mg

6 capsules twice daily with at least 12 oz of water, or 4 capsules three times daily with at least 8 oz of water, or as directed.
