Just one capsule of Higher Nature Visualeyes provides 12mg lutein with 2.5mg zeaxanthin and 5mg meso-zeaxanthin, in addition to other eye supporting nutrients such as Vitamin A, Zinc and vitamin B2 which all contribute to the maintenance of normal vision.

Are eye supplements effective?

This newly re-formulated eye health supplement has higher strength actives including eight times more lutein from a concentrated source, and high concentrations of new ingredients, such as meso-zeaxanthin and vegan DHA for proven eyesight benefits. Meso-zeaxanthin is a carotenoid known to be concentrated in the centre of the macula at the back of the eye and along with lutein and zeaxanthin is recommended by opticians in order to maintain sharp vision and healthy eyes.

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules a day with meals.
Children 12+ years: Take 1 capsule a day with meals.
