Higher Nature Maxi Multi provides all the vitamins plus 10 essential minerals, selected and produced to Higher Nature’s high standards of quality ingredients and minimal excipients. Iron free.
Most multivitamin and mineral formulas contain Iron but it’s not ideal for everyone to supplement with extra Iron. Men and postmenopausal women generally don’t need extra Iron if they are eating a balanced diet and people on antibiotics are often advised by their doctor not to supplement with Iron. Maxi Multi is a high potency formula providing all the vitamins plus 9 minerals, using high quality ingredients and minimal excipients.
Suggested intake: Take 2-3 tablets a day.
Two tablets typically provide:
1500µg Vitamin A (5000iu), 500µg Beta Carotene, 5µg Vitamin D2 (200iu), 60.6mg Vitamin E (90iu), 200mg Vitamin C, 80µg Vitamin K, 50mg Vitamin B1, 50mg Vitamin B2, 80mg Vitamin B3, 50mg Pantothenic acid, 6.6mg Vitamin B6, 10µg Vitamin B12, 130µg Folic acid, 50µg Biotin, 20mg Choline, 20mg Inositol, 340mg Calcium, 150mg Magnesium, 10mg Zinc, 2.6mg Manganese, 1mg Boron (sodium borate), 30µg Selenium, 30µg Iodine (kelp), 30µg Chromium (picolinate), 50µg Copper.
No added: Salt, wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.

Higher Nature is a company that was founded on a set of principles and a vision to provide high quality, well-researched nutritional products. Higher Nature has a team of fully-qualified nutritionists and other experts in the field, who pull the information together using their specialist knowledge. In 2013 we launched The Higher Nature Academy an online educational tool to help anyone with an interest in nutrition. In 2014 we launched our new responsive websites to make it easier to view and order our products regardless of the device being used.
We remain privately owned, we are investing in the business, and have plans in place to develop our premium brand within supplements and foods and to increase retail distribution to reach a wider consumer audience - in short there are plenty of great opportunities ahead and we are ambitious and optimistic about the future.
