What is aloe vera juice good for?
It is naturally packed full of health giving polysaccharides, amino acids, enzymes, saponins, Vitamins & Minerals. This high potency elixir has been gently pressed from organically grown, responsibly harvested whole aloe leaves which have been carefully selected for their quality. Minimal processing ensures it harnesses the full goodness you expect from a premium aloe juice. An absolute minimum of preservatives help to preserve its nutritious benefits.
Is it good to drink aloe vera juice everyday?
It should be safe for most individuals to consume daily. It is advised to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to really reap its benefits, however you can also add it to smoothies, boost your juices or even pop it in your yoghurt if you prefer.
Adults: Take 10-30 ml (2-6 tsp) daily in juice or water at least thirty minutes before meals.
Children 3 years & over: Take 10 ml (2 tsp) daily in juice or water at least thirty minutes before meals.
A maximum of 240 ml may be taken daily.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within two months.
