How can I test my urine pH at home?
Use test papers provided, every other day. Test your evening urine. Compare the colour against the chart inside the cover of the test strip book. Normal evening urine pH is between 7.5-8.0.
Stir one rounded teaspoon into a glass of water, and take on rising or sip throughout the day, or as your health professional advises.
Do not take more than three teaspoons worth a day.
Shake well before use.
