Take 1-3 drops in half-ounce water, twice daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Usage One drop = 400mcg of iodine. If using for additional energy and general well being take up to 6 drops daily.
- Frequent small doses are more effective than larger amounts at less frequent intervals.

- Most will find that it is important to build up gradually in order to experience the least amount of detoxification symptoms.
It is best when using strong chelators, which iodine is, to moderate the amount of detoxification symptoms or what is called the Herxheimers reaction, which is the experience of poisons being dumped into the blood stream from the cells or from large scale yeast die offs.
This is most readily controlled with iodine in the atomic form simply because it is so easy to control and regulate the dose.
Recommended Use: Take on an empty stomach 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals, medications and/or supplements. Taking it after 4 PM could raise your energy levels and keep you awake at night.
It is recommended to take before breakfast, before lunch and then again before 4 PM Nascent Iodine can also be used topically, i.e. applied to skin, although it does evaporate very quickly, and may need to be applied frequently.
