What does efamol brain do?
It is an advanced essential fatty acid food supplement with over twenty-five years worth of market-leading research used within its development. DHA may support normal brain function and normal vision, while GLA is used to make AA, the second most abundant fatty acid in the brain. Together, DHA & EPA may contribute to the normal function of the heart and Vitamin E completes the mix by protecting the cells from oxidative stress.
How much DHA and EPA should I take daily?
Efamol suggests that the beneficial effects of this product may be obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
