Dandelion
Dandelion has diuretic, antiviral and digestive properties. It has a long history of use as an herbal remedy, as a food, and in beverages. Dandelion root is native to Greece. Young Dandelion leaves are used as a food in salads or cooked as greens. The name comes from the French "denis de lion," or "teeth of the lion," due to the shape of the leaf.
Naturally enriched with high concentrations of vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids, Dandelion has been used for generations to support healthy digestion, regularity and circulation.
