There are some stock shortages due to supplier restock issues but this is now improving.

YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED BY UP TO 15 DAYS IN THE UK AND UP TO 20 DAYS OR MORE WHEN SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UK BUT AS RESTRICTIONS ARE GRADUALLY LIFTED THIS SITUATION IS NOW IMPROVING  

We would ask you not to contact us within these time scales, as, like most organizations, we are working with a skeleton staff.

Where your package was dispatched prior to any country's embargo and held up within the UK, we will not be able to make a refund of your payment or cancel your order until/unless the package has been returned to us or has been lost.

Should you delay making an order?

Making an order may result in a delay in dispatching your order as shown above. However, there is no certainty about restocking so should you order be held while restocking you may request a refund. However, in the current environment, there is likely to be considerable demand for re-stocked products so canceling your order may lead to a long wait for delivery of new orders.

What if the product is out of stock and there is no "buy button"?

If there is no buy button it means that we are out of stock, however this may be very short term. Check back later. You can also go to the product page where you see a facility to request immediate confirmation as soon as the product is back in stock:

We strongly recommend using this facility as when products come back into stock there is usually a high demand for them. This means you will be notified FIRST and you will therefore be more likely to be able to make a successful order. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THOUGH THAT ONCE A PRODUCT BECOMES AVAILABLE AND YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL TELLING YOU SO, THERE IS NO CERTAINTY THAT IT WILL STILL BE IN STOCK BY THE TIME YOU MAKE AN ORDER.
