  • SUPPLIERS ARE EXPERIENCING CONSIDERABLE STOCK SHORTAGES, WHICH MEANS IT MAY TAKE LONGER TO OBTAIN THE PRODUCTS YOU ORDER.  WHERE STOCK IS AVAILABLE IT IS TAKING UP TO 10 DAYS LONGER FOR ORDERS TO ARRIVE IN UK AND UP TO 21 DAYS OUTSIDE UK.
  • IF WE ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN THE PRODUCTS YOU ORDER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
  • WHERE THERE IS NO IMMEDIATE PROSPECT OF OBTAINING YOUR PRODUCTS WE WILL REFUND YOUR PAYMENT

How Coronavirus might delay your order

The crisis has lead to significantly increasing demand because more and more people are turning to online purchases. In addition, there has been a huge spike in demand for vitamins, minerals and other health supplements as people seek to strengthen their general health in the fight against the worst effects of the virus.

This has resulted in many suppliers working 24 hours a day in an effort to meet demand. It has also meant that many have run out of stock and there are delays in restocking due to pressures on all delivery systems worldwide. IT IS LIKELY THAT SUPPLIERS MAY HAVE TO WORK ON A SKELETON STAFF OR EVEN CLOSE TEMPORARILY. IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN STOCK

We are still allowing orders but there may be SIGNIFICANT delays in dispatching your order. These delays are seen throughout the industry and we are working closely with our suppliers to minimise the effects.

Our Services

We are affected as many other businesses with staff having to self-isolate, causing delays in dispatch. YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED FOR SEVERAL DAYS IN THE UK AND UP TO 15 DAYS OR MORE WHEN SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UK because of this and also because delivery services in all parts of the world are affected

Delays to your order

We would ask you to bear with us on this. We are doing our best. You can of course cancel your order if it has not been dispatched but we would mention that should you do so you may not then be able to order the product from us or anywhere else while the crisis lasts.

Should you delay making an order?

Making an order may result in a delay dispatching your order. However, there is no certainty about restocking so delaying is likely to result in an even longer with for your products.

What if the product is out of stock and there is no "buy button"?

If there is not buy button it means that we are out of stock and that the suppliers are unable to give us a from date for restock. If this is the case you will see a facility to request immediate confirmation as soon as the product is back in stock:

We strongly recommend using this facility as when products come back into stock there is usually a high demand for them. This means you will be notified in advance and therefore be more likely to be able to make a successful order.
