Inflammation has been found to be associated with just about every health condition. Researchers are constantly investigating chronic inflammation’s effects on health and possible preventive medical applications.
The most common drugs to combat acute inflammation are Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). However, these drugs have side effects.
NSAIDs include such drugs as ibuprofen (Nurofen for example). Codeine is of course, highly addictive but does not work well on its own so as well as its own side effects, it is often combined with Ibuprofen, meaning that as well as the possibility of addiction you have the side effects of the NSAID.
This is why Serrapeptase emerged as an effective anti-inflammatory solution.

Adding turmeric to your diet can definitely bring some big benefits in terms of nutrition but It is the curcumin in it that is so valuable. But, a typical turmeric root contains about 2-5% curcumin, so taking an unstandardized, powdered turmeric root product means that very large amounts would be required to get a beneficial amount of curcumin.
While turmeric is excellent when used as a spice, a curcumin extract is a much, much better choice for health benefits because it is is much more concentrated. This incredible compound can influence just about every aspect of health inside and out, from your skin all the way to your brain.

A joint is the place where the ends of two bones meet. In a healthy joint these ends are separated from each other by a layer of cartilage that prevents them from rubbing together. Synovial fluid, secreted from the membrane that lines the joint, lubricates and reduces friction between the bone ends.
