Difficulty with accessing your account

IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT
We have recently revamped our site to provide additional functions and easier browsing. This has meant a complete change of our eCommerce suppliers. This in turn means that we are not able to transfer your password because this is confidential to you and even we do not know what it is.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
- Select the "I am a returning customer" option above.
- Click on "Forgotten your password"
- In the window that opens, type in your email address
- Click on REQUEST PASSWORD RESET.
You will then receive an email from us that will give you a link to click on. This will enable you to choose your password. You will then be able to access your account.
Please make sure that you put email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com in your address book to make sure you receive our emails.
