Why you should only buy from a BioCare Approved Recommender
With the proliferation of sellers on the internet, there is an ever widening range of sellers for customers to choose from. Almost anybody can decide to start selling - through their own websites, eBay or Amazon to name just a couple of the outlets.
Unfortunately there are few safeguards to the customer concerning whether they are buying from a reputable company or instead perhaps, an individual selling "from the back of a garage".
For a premium, professional brand such as Biocare, this is a real issue. Nutritional supplements need to be kept in optimum storage conditions, need to be well "in date", well presented and quickly dispatched. The increase in the selling of bogus products that are not even genuine is another issue which is, unfortunately, not entirely unknown.
For those reasons, to preserve the integrity of both their products and the service and support to which they believe their customers are entitled, BioCare have introduced the BioCare Approved Recommender Scheme (BARS).
BioCare Approved Recommenders must pass a series of tests to ensure that their staff are fully trained about BioCare's products to BioCare's high standards. Their dispatch and storage facilities are inspected by BioCare to ensure products are properly stored in optimum conditions and that customers receive their orders fast and in perfect condition.
In addition, BioCare will only supply retailers able to show the BARS badge, showing they have been approved. Therefore, any sellers not able to show this badge have not obtained their stock direct from BioCare but by more "circuitous means". For that reason, products purchased from non-approved retailers, may be improperly stored, have short sell-by dates and in some cases may not even be genuine.
Nutritional supplements are about health and so you need to have confidence about anything you put in your body.
That is why you should never buy Biocare products from a non-approved retailer.
