Bio-Kult Migrea has been formulated with vitamin B6 and Magnesium, both of which contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 positively contributes towards Immune Health and has been shown to help protect against inflammation. How do I use bio-Kult Migrea?

The capsules can be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled onto food, mixed with a drink or swallowed whole.

• Adults and children 12+ years: Take one to two capsules daily, with food.
• Children 4-11 years: Take one capsule daily, with food.
