Candea is suitable for men, women and children who wish to complement their existing gut flora. Each capsule can be pulled apart and its contents sprinkled onto food, mixed with a drink or swallowed whole if the patient desires.
The gut flora, or gut microbiome, plays an important role in various aspects of human health, such as helping to control digestion and positively contributing to the immune system. If the gut flora becomes imbalanced there is a risk of high Blood Sugar and/or Cholesterol levels, weight gain or other potential medical conditions.
Adults and children over the age of twelve years can take two capsules daily with food, while children between the ages of three to eleven years can take one capsule daily with food.
