First Order Discount

When you make your first order you will be given a new customer discount. When you put goods in your basket you may see an automatic discount already applied. Ignore this as your new customer discount will be better. Use code 1234 at checkout to get you higher new customer discount. This is how you do it:

Subsequent Order Discounts

We usually give discounts on subsequent orders. These are based on the value of your order so the more you buy, the bigger the discount will be on ALL the goods in your basket. Please be aware though, that we often make special offers that we are not allowed to publicise on our website. These will therefore only be available to subscribers to our newsletters. (See below).

Loyalty Points

Every time you make an order, we will allocate loyalty points to you. These can be used to reduce the cost of future orders and are in addition to any discounts we may be offering. However, if you choose not to open an account you will not accumulate loyalty points because we will not be able to see all the orders in your account and so the system cannot allocate the loyalty points to you.

If you open a account with us you will be able to:

  • Track your orders
  • Login to your account and re-order past orders
  • Keep reminders, perhaps to help you to remember to re-order or indeed for any other reason.

What if I want to order but don't want to open an account?

You can make an order as a "guest", without opening an account.

Your Financial Information

PayPal

We do not keep your financial information on our site. When you make a payment you are taken by secure server to the payment platform. This might be PayPal. If so, you'll be asked to logon to your PayPal account to make the payment. We are not advised by Paypal of any of your details.

Credit or Debit card

If you make payment with your credit or debit card, you will be taken to SagePay's (one of the world's biggest and most secure payment gateways) secure site to make payment. We do not have access to any of the financial information you give them.

You can also make payment by bank transfer or cheque. However, your order will not be processed until the transfer or cheque has cleared. This means that your order will take longer to arrive

Unavailable stock

Sometimes stock is unavailable. If this is a long term situation, the item will not show a "buy button" but their will be a facility for you to arrange to be informed when the item is back in stock. Because we always try to have stock as well within "use by" dates as possible, we don't always hold stock even though it might be shown as "in stock". This might delay your order for a day or two but our suppliers are usually able to re-supply us immediately.

Newsletters

Subscribing to received our newsletters is free and involves no commitment from you other than to tell us who you are. It is separate from opening an account with us.

By signing up:

  • You will receive regular health news about subjects and health conditions that might affect you or that you might simply be interested in,
  • You will receive special offers from time to time that we are not allowed to show publicly on our website.
  • Each newsletter will have an "unsubscribe" link so you can stop receiving them at any time. 

When you sign up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm you are who you say you are. This is to prevent people signing up on someone else's behalf when the "other" person may not have given permission.
