How do you use beet juice concentrate?

This 237 ml bottle makes approximately eight glasses of diluted beetroot juice. You can mix it with water for a drink, add it to your pre-workout shake or smoothie, and even use it as part of a home-made balsamic vinegar.

Mix 30 ml of concentrate with 250 ml (approx half pint) of water, for a straight up drink.

Mix 30 ml of concentrate into your pre-workout shake or smoothie. For best results pre-workout consume a 30 ml serving of BeetActive 1-2 hours before training.

For a salad dressing mix 30 ml with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and pour over leaves.
