If your diet excludes animal source foods and fish, you need to ensure you’re still getting all your essential nutrients. As many nutrients are not so readily available and easy to absorb from vegetarian and vegan sources, this isn’t always easy. So we’ve created a range of high quality food supplements especially tailored for your vegetarian or vegan diet, to fill those nutritional gaps. And for those who are intolerant to dairy or gluten, we’ve excluded them from our supplements, along with added salt, sugar and yeast, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Our vision is for vegetarians and vegans to be well nourished and educated about good nutrition.
When we started some 16 years ago we set out to develop the first vegetarian and vegan suitable food supplement by introducing the gelatine free capsule.

Today, interest in vegetarian, vegan, flexitarian and ‘free from’ diets has grown at a rapid pace, due to celebrity interest, ethical and environmental concerns, as well as increased media attention.
It is believed that people following a vegetarian diet within the UK now account for 9% of the total population, 5.75 million people (Keynote Cooking & Eating Habits Market Reports 2015), doubling since 2010, so there’s no need to feel lonely!
