In these modern times customer
service all too often seems to be sacrificed for so called
efficiency. It is so heartening therefore, to find an organisation
that takes the trouble to care. I was in desperate need of one of
the products you sell but unable to find it until I found your site.
Instead of ordering on-line I rang your order line. I had apparently
missed the day's dispatches but your very helpful representative
made special arrangements because of my urgency at no extra cost. I
received my goods the following morning. I am so impressed and will

I have now ordered from you on
eight separate occasions. On all but one of them I have received my
goods on the very next day and on the other, two days later. This is
terrific service. May I also say how impressed I am by the way you
do business. My credit card has never been debited until the time
the dispatch was actually made. On so may occasions, one seems to
find one's card debited as soon as you make the order even when the
goods are not dispatched for several days. Good work! Please keep it
