Directions for Use: As a food supplement for adults three (3) tablets of
Solgar Lipotropic formula daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a

Choline Bitartrate (providing 410mg elemental choline) 1000mg
Inositol 1000mg
L-Methionine 1000mg
Tableted with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose,
hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, cellulose gum,
hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin, titanium dioxide.
