This is the highest potency, multiple strain probiotic formula from Solgar and is formulated with the most potent strains of probiotic bacteria which have been shown to aid the work of the overall gut ecology and bacterial environment. It works both by enhancing fermentation and synthesis of essential nutrients and speeding the action of the probiotic, thereby enhancing maximum absorption of these key nutrients.

Dosage
