Lamberts BCAA - Free Form Branch Chain Amino Acids - L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine.
Code: L8332180Brand: LambertsForm (e.g. capsules): CapsulesIf this product is unavailable: Please see alternatives at bottom of page
There is much interest amongst sports therapists in the branch chain amino acids (BCAAs) Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, since they are the only amino acids actually metabolised in the muscle. Indeed they make up approximately 33% of muscle protein and hence are particularly useful for high intensity sport or resistance training.Lamberts have now introduced BCAA to their range, with each capsule providing a full 250mg of L-Leucine, 125mg of L-Isoleucine and 125mg of L-Valine. This 2:1:1 ratio is thought to be the optimal ratio for these three essential amino acids. As with their other amino acids they are presented in their ‘free-form’ which means they are ready to be absorbed and used by the body.
Ingredients per capsule of BCAA:L-Leucine 250mgL-Isoleucine 125mgL-Valine 125mgInactives:Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium, Stearate.
