HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY GOODS?
Goods are normally dispatched
within one working day of receiving your order; in many cases on the
same day. In the UK they are
sent by first-class mail; for destinations outside the UK we use the
international small packet service.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER!
In case of non-delivery, please
email us at
orders.vanderbell@btopenworld.com. Please note that because out-of-stock situations
sometimes occur, as do delays in the postal system, PLEASE
ALLOW ONE WEEK FOR DELIVERY. For destinations outside the UK, delivery
rates may take even longer. This message will be repeated on your order
confirmation email.
I'M ORDERING MORE THAN 100 POUND'S WORTH OF GOODS. WHAT SECURITY IS THERE?
All
orders over 100 POUNDS may be sent "signed for" Royal Mail or
courier. This means we can track them
and will be aware of when they are delivered. It also means that you
will not be able to take delivery of your goods without signing for
them and, once they have been signed for, they will be deemed to have
been delivered. We will pay the additional cost of this
form of delivery BUT YOU JUST CHECK THE BOX ABOVE - which is located
directly underneath your credit card details. |
