Add to Cart

When you have found the product you require, click the 'add to cart' for that product. Some products may have a variety of options (for example - different sizes. In this case you will need to select the option you want from the drop down box BEFORE clicking 'add to cart').

This does not commit you to purchase - it only places the product in your shopping cart so that you are free to continue shopping without having placed your order.

View shopping cart

At any time you can view the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the "View Cart" button. Your shopping cart will show all items you have added, the price of each item and the total price of all the goods selected. Click on 'continue shopping' to leave your shopping cart and you will return to the page you were last viewing. From this view you will also have the option to go direct to the checkout.

Add or Delete

You can add or delete items in your shopping cart at any time. Instructions are given in the shopping cart screen.

When you are ready to make your purchase

When you are ready to check out, go to your shopping cart and click on the button marked ORDER CHECKOUT. You will be asked to complete a form online providing details of your method of payment and delivery address. You will also be asked to state the appropriate shipping (delivery) method. This option depends upon where the delivery is to be made. 

If you complete your form incorrectly, you will be asked to correct the errors. You will then be presented with a screen showing the goods ordered, and the total price including the delivery charge. 

When you are satisfied, click the button SUBMIT SECURE ORDER. You will then be advised that we have received your order and given an order number. You are advised to print out this sheet or write down your order number.

You will also receive an automatic email confirming your order.

When do we debit your account?

We NEVER deduct money from your account until we dispatch your goods. When we receive your order we will normally process it and dispatch on the same day if the goods are in stock and you order before 11:30 am. If you order after this time your goods will be dispatched the following day.

As soon as your goods are packed we will deduct the purchase price from your account. If goods are not in stock, we will pre-authorize the purchase price. This means that we obtain authorization from the authorizer for the amount of the purchase. For credit card transactions, an approved PreAuth places a hold on the account holder's “open-to-buy” amount but does not deduct any money. In this way we confirm your card is valid and the amount of the purchase price is available.

When your goods are ready for dispatch, they are packed and we post-authorize your payment (that is to say, we now take the payment from your account).

In this way we ensure that no money is ever deducted from you until your goods are dispatched.
