Add to Basket

When you have found the product you require, click the 'add to basket' for that product. Some products may have a variety of options (for example - different sizes. In this case you will need to select the option you want from the drop down box BEFORE clicking 'add to basket'). E.G.

For multiple choice products:

This does not commit you to purchase - it only places the product in your shopping basket so that you are free to continue shopping without having placed your order. Your basket remembers you so if you add more products, all will appear in your basket.

View shopping basket

At the top of your ascreen you can see at any time, the number of items in your basket, the value without and with shipping cost (This also includes tax whgere appropriate).

At any time you can view the goods in your shopping basket by clicking the "View Basket" button.

Your shopping basket will show all items you have added, the price of each item and the total price of all the goods selected. I5t will also show the value in $US and Euros (as well as £UK) Click on 'continue shopping' to leave your shopping basket and you will return to the page you were last viewing. From this view you will also have the option to go direct to the checkout.

Add or Delete

You can add or delete items in your shopping basket at any time. Instructions are given in the shopping basket screen.

When you are ready to make your purchase

When you are ready to check out, go to your shopping basket. You will find 3 methods of payment. These are:

You will be asked to complete a form online providing details of your method of payment and delivery address.

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and reference.

When do we debit your account?

We NEVER deduct money from your account until we dispatch your goods. Our system is such that even we do not know your credit or debit card details as our bank processes the payment. This makes it impossible to accidentally take more money than is due.

Your card is then "pre-authorized". This basically means that it is checked to see sufficient funds are available and the amount to be paid is "Tagged". This means that it is made available for us but not deducted from your account.

When we receive your order we will normally process it and dispatch on the same day if the goods are in stock and you order before 11:30 am. If you order after this time your goods will be dispatched the following day.

As soon as your goods are packed we will deduct the purchase price from your account. You will receive an email telling you that we have done this.

When your goods are dispatched, you will receive a further email telling you we have done so.

You can track the stage we have got to with your order by clicking oin the "Track Your Order" button towards the top of the screen.

Complete these details and click "Track"
