This delicious shake, ideal for anyone on a low GI diet, provides essential
vitamins and minerals, plus key antioxidants, fibre and protein from Almonds,
Flax, Sunflower, Sesame and Pumpkin seeds, Oat bran, organic Quinoa, Rice, Soya
and Beet fibre. Apple and apple pectin provide natural flavour and bulk. Beet
fibre, Flax Seeds and Oat bran provide fibre. Naturally sweetened with FOS (food
for friendly bacteria).
Contains Vitamin A: do not take if pregnant or planning pregnancy. Contains
nuts.
