Safety

May be contraindicated with aspirin. Do not exceed 1 gram of Vitamin C if taking the contraceptive pill unless professionally advised. Do not use where there is a history of renal disease or with those advised to follow a low potassium diet.

General Information

Potassium Ascorbate and Magnesium Ascorbate provide readily available sources of vitamin C and potassium and magnesium.

Potassium ascorbate occurs naturally in fruits and is also found in human breast milk.

Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered, low-acidity form of vitamin C which is more gentle on the stomach compared to the acidic form ascorbic acid. 

Vitamin C, potassium and magnesium are also required for healthy immune function.
