All the vitamins in this product are
present at relevant potencies, making it a useful product where a
medium/high potency B complex is needed along with the antioxidants:
beta-carotene and vitamins C and E.
The trace minerals are also present at
relevant levels.
To make room for all these trace
minerals at relevant levels in a one-a-day product, the amounts of
calcium and magnesium have been kept low, since these often need
special consideration when assessing a diet. It is recommended that
Lamberts
Osteoguard is used in combination with Multi-Guard.
As with most Lamberts products,
Multi-Guard is formulated to disintegrate in the stomach in less
than one hour. This closely mimics the way in which the nutrients
are released from foods.

Fumarate) 14mg, Magnesium 36mg, Zinc (as Gluconate) 15mg, Iodine (as Potassium
Iodide) 150mcg, Manganese (as Gluconate) 4mg, Copper (as Gluconate) 500mcg,
Molybdenum (as Molybdate) 500mcg, Selenium (as Seleno L-Methionine) 200mcg,
