Nutritional Supplement Recommended Intake:

Practitioners frequently recommend daily doses of between 1 to 2 grams of L-Glutamine when the integrity of the gut wall is compromised, as is often the case in IBS, Candida albicans overgrowth (and other microflora imbalances) and some chronic conditions associated with poor gut function.
