Two capsules typically provide: 750mg TMG (tri-methyl glycine), 15mg Vitamin B2, 50mg Vitamin B6, 400µg Folic acid, 500µg Vitamin B12, 10mg Zinc.

H Factors is a nutritional supplement designed to help the body maintain a normal homocysteine level, particularly as we grow older, by providing four B vitamins, Zinc and Tri-methyl Glycine (TMG)

Homocysteine is a harmful amino acid produced in the body. Normally the body rapidly converts homocysteine into a harmless substance called cystathionine.

But smoking, getting older, running short of B vitamins and drinking too much tea or coffee may reduce our ability to keep homocysteine in our blood within the normal range.

Some scientists now believe that maintaining homocysteine within the normal range helps maintain a healthy heart and arteries.

Researchers have found that the body maintains normal homocysteine levels when there are sufficient B vitamins, such as folic acid and vitamin B12, in the daily diet, as these vitamins are used in the biochemical pathways that break down homocysteine.
