Recommended use:
Treatment of inflammation/pain:
1-2 SerraPlus capsules, three times per
day on an empty stomach.
Recommendation for 1st week:
2 SerraPlus capsules on waking
2 capsules 45 minutes before lunch
2 capsules at bedtime
(total of 6 per day for 1st week)
Recommendation for 2nd week (2nd bottle):
4-5 SerraPlus capsules as above
Recommendation for 3rd bottle:
3-4 SerraPlus capsules in divided doses
on empty stomach.
Maintenance:
Approximately 2 capsules per day for 3-4
months. Longer if required.
Treatment for arterial blockage:
3 SerraPlus capsules twice daily for 1st
month, and then reduce to 3 per day.
Children and animals:
SerraPlus (Serrapeptase) can be safely
used with children and animals. A recommended dose of 1-2 capsules per
day for children. If they can't swallow the capsule, break it open and
mix with honey)
May be very helpful for sore throats and
mucus problems such as colds.
How long to take it:
Although many problems are resolved in
as little as 1-2 weeks, it is recommended that you take Serrapeptase
for 3-4 months and then stop to re-evaluate. A maintenance dose of 1-2
capsules per day may be advisable.
