Preferably take Lutein spray 15-30 minutes before meals (or at least allow a minimum of 10 minutes after drink or 1 hour after food before taking Lutein spray)

Contra-indications:

Lutein and Zeaxanthin were identified in 1995 as the only two caretonoid antioxidants specific to eye lens and macula health.

Lutein and Zeaxanthin filter light and serve as potent free radical scavengers (antioxidants).

The macular pigment composed of Lutein and Zeaxanthin, functions as a colour filter to protect the light-sensitive photoreceptor cells (responsible for visual acuity) from free radical damage caused by visible blue and ultraviolet light.
