 Recommended
use:
Adults: At the first signs of a viral attack take 8
capsules with 8oz. of water 4 times daily. Continue for 1 full day after
symptoms subside. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, see a doctor.*
C&F capsules
may be mixed with water and used as a gargle for sore throats.
C&F are better
when taken on an empty stomach, e.g. half hour before meals or 2 hours
after meals. Most effective when not consuming alcoholic beverages.
Children Ages 3-6: With Doctor's approval, 1 capsule
mixed with warm water 3 times daily.
Children Ages 6-12: With Doctor's approval, 2 or 3
capsules mixed with warm water 3 times daily.
