Bioforce (A.Vogel) Spilanthes
- Fungal skin
infections
- Athlete's foot
- Ringworm
- Oral thrush
- Candidiasis
- Thrush
Fungal conditions can be quite hard to
shift, manifesting both externally and internally, where they cause
digestive problems such as bowel dysbiosis.
Taken internally with
acidophilus
and Molkosan,
whilst following a sensible anticandida eating plan, this remedy can help to
boost resistance to fungal infections.

How does Spilanthes work?
- Antifungal
- Anti-inflammatory
- Topical analgesic
Spilanthes contains an essential oil,
spilanthole, which is anti-inflammatory in its action. It also contains
tannic acid, which has an astringent action.
Traditionally it has been used externally
to relieve pain and swelling, on account of these properties.
Dr Vogel noticed that the Javaras, an
Indian tribe, used the herb to treat fungal skin conditions. He accordingly
formulated the herb into a tincture to be used for external fungal
infections such as athlete's foot, ringworm and nail infections. It is used
as a mouthwash for mouth ulcers and oral thrush.
Its external effect upon fungal conditions
appears to be mirrored internally, where it makes a good companion treatment
to Molkosan
and
Echinaforce for Candida albicans infestations. |
Ingredients:
Tincture of organically grown Paracress (Spilanthes oleracea) dried plant
and leaves, extracted in alcohol (67%v/v). |
