BioCare One A Day contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Long term intakes of 25mg vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Long term intake of 4.45mg manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Store out of reach of young children. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The phytic acid in these foods can interfere with the absorption of minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium and manganese.
