Breakages or faulty
products
If breakages occur in
transit, we will gladly exchange the affected goods. The procedure
is as follows:

Inform
customer services as soon as you receive a product that is broken
(It is important that you do this as soon as you can).

Make a copy of the
invoice, and write your reason for return on the back, & include
copy of the invoice inside the package.

Wrap package securely.

Send to the address
shown on the invoice (you did make a copy, didn’t you??. It's Vanderbell
Health, 32 Collyer Avenue, Beddington, Surrey, CR0 4QU)

We will send a replacement
immediately upon receipt, and refund the return postage.
Unsuitable products
Most products have full
or partial descriptions of contents shown on the site. However,
if a product is unsuitable for you, you may return it, within 30 days,
unopened and undamaged and in the manufacturer’s original packaging,
for a full refund, less postage.*
We recommend that you
use a Recorded Delivery service for posting your package.
*Please note, we are unable
to take returns on probiotic supplements, such as BioCare Replete, Bio-acidophilus
and other ‘beneficial bacteria’ supplements.
The returns procedure
is the same as for breakages or faulty products, outlined above.
Refunds

Refunds will be made
within 10 working days once we have received and processed the returned
item. We will send your refund by mail if you pay by cheque or
by credit to your card if you pay by credit or debit card.
